| About Renting the Clubhouse Clubhouse rental is handled by the committee without having to go through Towne Properties. There is a $50 non-refundable fee in addition to a $100 deposit. This fee will be put into a separate account for purchasing and maintaining equipment for clubhouse activities. The rental contract can be printed out or a copy can be obtained from Sharon Lander.
