Open Board Meetings Schedule: On the Events page is a short list of planned open Board meetings for 2009. This may make it easier for you to plan on attending an open Board meeting.

Some of the useful items on this website include:

• Clubhouse Calendar 2008 and 2009 (see if the rental date you're interested in is available).
• Clubhouse rental procedure and contract.
• If you need "official" association documents, such as the Declaration, please go to the By-Laws page and review the document acquisition process found there.
• Reminder: If you're considering ANY exterior modifications or additions, make sure you submit an Exterior Improvement Application (2 versions: regular and electronic fill-in) before proceeding, even if you're duplicating what's been done at another unit.
• A directory of fix-it services...send us your additions and we'll add your favorite handyman to the directory!
